What does the $99 inspection include?
The seasonal inspection is $99 per system. We inspect your equipment and explain our findings. Prepare for summer cooling with a spring inspection, or winter heating with a fall inspection. Repairs and maintenance are quoted separately for your approval. Depending on the approved work, some or all of your inspection fee may be credited toward that service, during the same visit or a later appointment. We confirm the credit amount before you approve the work.
Can I contact you about a new installation?
Yes. Installation projects are coordinated with a licensed contractor partner. Contractor details, responsibilities, and the scope are confirmed before a project moves forward.
