HVAC inspection: $99 per system
The $99 inspection is priced per system. We inspect your equipment and explain our findings. Cleaning, drain flushing, filter replacement, maintenance, and repairs are additional services and are not included in the inspection price.
Any recommended maintenance or repairs are quoted separately and require your approval before work begins. Ask about the inspection scope and access requirements before scheduling.

Homeowners can contact us about a seasonal visit. Property managers and owners can discuss the needs of multiple addresses, service access, and how they want findings communicated. We can start the conversation with one property and discuss the rest of the portfolio separately.

Does the $99 inspection include maintenance or repairs?
No. The $99 price covers an inspection per system. Maintenance and repairs cost extra and are quoted for approval.
Do I need to provide an air filter?
Filter replacement is not included in the $99 inspection. Ask about the filter size, maintenance options, and any additional charge before authorizing work.
Is maintenance the right appointment for a system that has stopped working?
Tell us that the system is not working when you call. We will discuss the immediate repair concern and the appropriate service request.
Spring and fall inspections
Prepare for summer cooling with a spring inspection, or winter heating with a fall inspection. Repairs and maintenance are quoted separately for your approval. Depending on the approved work, some or all of your inspection fee may be credited toward that service, during the same visit or a later appointment. We confirm the credit amount before you approve the work.
